2011 First Quarter Accomplishments
Accomplishments in the First Quarter of 2011
- Certified the Election Results as determined by the County Clerk's office
- Declared an Intention to Reimburse Expenditures from the Proceeds of Obligations to be issued by AUSD
- Established a process for the section of the Bond Oversight Committee
- Established the Bond Oversight Committee, all Trustees recruited members
- Approved the Bond Oversight Committee By-laws
- Held a Board Workshop at Monterey Road Elementary School for the Modernization Bond Project
- The Board of Trustees Facilities Sub-Committee has visited each school to gather information on the condition of the schools and classrooms
- Revisions were drafted to the AUSD Facility Master Plan to reflect the change in project funding
- Analysis is being made as to the many aspects of the Atascadero Junior High School and Atascadero Fine Arts Academy and their possibilities
- Educational Specification Committee meetings are taking place at Monterey Road Elementary and Atascadero High School on a regular basis
- The Educational Specification committee is being formed at Santa Rosa Academic Academy
