Academic Resources 

AMS offers numerous levels of support to assist students academically.  For students in need of math or language arts help, we offer Saint's Block Math and Language Support. 

For students needing even more help, we have the full 50 minute Elective of either Language Support or Math Support.

A credentialed teacher is available four days a week during our after-school Homework Club. See the box to the right of this page for days/times.

Most teachers at AMS are available throughout the week, either before school, at break, lunch, after school or by appointment.  Contact them directly to find out more.
 

Not sure what your child is supposed to be working on at home?  Check out your teacher's Homework Link.  All AMS teachers update their pages with their assignments for the upcoming week.  Use this info, with Aeries, to know what's being assigned and when, and then follow find out how you many points were earned after it was graded.

Did you know that another outstanding resource is your student's Homeroom teacher? Homeroom teachers help their students by keeping track of grades/missing assignments, helping coordinate Saint's Block Math & LA Support recommendations, and by helping request FST meetings.  

Parents and students often ask if we have tutoring available through AMS. Unfortunately, we do not.  Your teachers often help before and after school.  Beyond that, you can attend our Homework Club or call your own private tutor.
