Scope of Work:

 

Modernization work at Santa Rosa Academic Academy consisted of selective repair of the covered canopies, replacement of utility lines, building envelope and roofing upgrades, interior finishes to the model classroom standard, and improvement or replacement of mechanical and electrical systems within teaching spaces. The administration office is also being modernized and reconfigured to allow for better function of the office uses.  


Construction started in September, 2014 and was completed in September, 2015.
