Tech Basics

Computer Skills:  Cut, copy, and paste text and graphics between applications, including using screen capture (PC, Chromebook, Mac).

         Access student management system.

         Maintain and organize digital portfolio using folders and naming conventions.

Typing Skills:   7th-8th grade students can continue to practice their keyboarding skills using a formal program. The other apps they use in class will supplement this learning.

Troubleshooting Skills:  Keep track of passwords, try a different program, force-quit and restart (PC, Chromebook, Mac).
